Reps demands constitution of Nigerian anti-doping agency

Nigerian lawmakers are insisting on the constitution of an anti doping agency in Nigeria.

A move they say will curb drug use by the country’s sports men and women.

The motion was moved by members of the Federal House of representatives on Monday.

They urged the Nigerian sports ministry to move quickly in putting in a place a structure that can discourage the use of banned substances by athletes who compete in domestic and international competitions.
