Traditional rulers in Ogun State have appealed to leaders of workers union in the state not to embarked on their proposed strike slated for Thursday October the 20th, 2016.
They made this known during a press conference with journalists at the Obas Complex, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.
They urged workers to pity the state government and be mindful of the poor economic situation of the country.
They also condemned the conduct of some teachers under the aegis of the Nigerian Union of Teachers who meted poor treatment on the representative of the governor during the celebration of world teachers day.
They accused the teachers of engaging in partisan politics by praise singing another politician while the representative of the governor was in attendance.
