The Trinidadian-born performer may have collaborated with the rapper on a number of songs over the years, but Nicki has thrown some shade at Kanye, 39, in her cover story for the November edition of Marie Claire magazine.
In the issue, the 33-year-old slammed the rapper for the racially motivated double standards and the sexist messages in his 2005 hit single Gold Digger. Nicki referenced a line from Kanye’s song and even pointed out his current wife, Kim Kardashian, 35.
“I’m so tired of black women feeling that when our men get rich, they’re going to leave them for a woman of a different race,” she said.
