The Nigeria Football Federation have been locked in a crisis meeting following the move by security operatives from the Nigeria Police Force to arrest the chairman of the League Management Company, Shehu Dikko.
Dikko narrowly escaped arrest at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja on Sunday night immediately he returned from Zambia.
He was with the Nigerian delegation to Ndola for the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier.
The meeting deliberated on how to end the incessant harassment of Dikko and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the LMC, Salihu Abubakar by security operatives.
This follows the order of a Jos High Court which ordered the LMC to incorporate Giwa FC in the just concluded Nigeria pro-football league season.
