Pop star Justin Bieber has moved into one of London’s finest homes – which he is renting for more than £100,000 a month.
The singer’s mega-mansion, which has 15 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and 2.5 acres of gardens, is around 20 minutes from the centre of the capital.
It is almost 30 times the size of the average British home and located on a leafy street home to diplomats, members of high society and billionaire tycoons.
The property is being rented through estate agents Knight Frank for £25,000 a week – which works out at £108,000 a month and £1.3 million a year.
But this is small change to Bieber, 22, who reportedly earned more than £30 million last year.
On top of the rent, Knight Frank would have charged an administration fee of £276 and referencing fees of £48 per person.
Aree Rand, partner at the high-end estate agency, said: “This is one of the capital’s most luxurious homes and offers state-of-the-art facilities including an indoor and outdoor pool, a spa, tennis court, home cinema and wine cellar.
“Roads such as this continue to hold massive appeal amongst the rich and the famous, and this is one of the few areas in London to offer larger properties with huge, secluded gardens.
