A man alleged to be a notorious fraudster and the second in command of a 419 syndicate terrorizing communities along the Ughelli-Patani highway has been arrested.
The suspect was apprehended on Saturday September the 24th, and brutally beaten by Izon youths after he defrauded a woman to the tune of N1.3m.
He has been handed over to the police in Ughelli, according to David Oyadongha, who shared the photos on Facebook.
