As Osun state continues to bask in the euphoria of its silver jubilee, members of the state house of assembly have given thumps up to Governor Rauf Aregbesola his giant strides of his administration.
This was at a special sitting to commemorate the milestone where members of the Osun assembly appraised the 25 years of existence of the state of the virtuous.
They acknowledged the contributions of the founding fathers and leaders in the establishment and development of the state.
The speaker of the Osun state house of assembly, Najeem Salaam, who led others in their remarks, said Osun has grown in leaps and bounds in the last 25 years and particularly singled out the administration of governor Rauf Aregbesola as the best in the history of the state.
Members also acknowledged that paucity of fund had thwarted the growth of the state in some aspects, they agreed that with committed leaders like governor Aregbesola who has raised the bar of governance, the future looks bright for the state.
