The Acting Inspector General of Police has called on members of the public to report cases of police operatives demanding money for bail.
This is coming on the heels of reports of the practice in many police stations, despite posters adorning police facilities that bail is free.
Ibrahim Idris who spoke before the start a conference with senior officers of the police at the force headquarters in abuja, insists that police officers should be above board in their professional conduct.
The police chief also stresses that manning of road blocks remains banned and police operatives should refrain from mounting such blockades.

Where do one report them to, there ought to be some phone numbers to call when money is demanded for bail by the police officer or email address. This is just a scan, all police are the same. Its the police that are the perpetuators of the worse crime in the society. All we need is an IG who can create the lost in Nigerian Police by the masses.
