Flamingos to depart for U-17 World Cup Sep. 26th

Nigeria women’ U-17 national team, the Flamingos, will depart for the 2016 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup in Jordan on Monday, 26 September.

This was confirmed on the Nigeria Football Federation official website on Saturday.

The 2016 FIFA U-17 World Cup runs from 30 September to 21 October.

Meanwhile, the team who is handled by Bala Nikyu, has been intensifying preparation at the FIFA Goal Project in Abuja.

Also, they’ve been playing a series of friendly games ahead of the World Cup.

The Flamingoes are drawn in group C with Brazil, North Korea and England.
