After it was reported months back that popular R & B pop group Styl-Plus might be trying to make a comeback, nothing seems to be forthcoming from the group so far.
But fans have been sending messages to Shifi Emoefe, who seems to be the only one active on Instagram; calling on the trio to have a comeback.
According to adeola.oyebowale, “please you guys should try and drop an album to our ears. The name ‘styl-plus’ is almost fading away. It’s really unfortunate the industry has now been dominated by noise making artists and Nigerians have unconsciously made these peeps super famous and rich by gladly accepting the switch to meaningless music, all thanks to dope beats.”
champagnesfablane added, “Okay so it’s about time your group comes out of whatsoever sabbatical you all have been gone for. Can you all produce some music and save us from the crap we listen to everyday.”
Currently, only Shifi Emoefe and Zeal Onyecheme have been spotted in some shows performing.
Styl-Plus was one of the hottest music groups in the early 2000s.
They rocked the airwaves with songs like ‘Runaway’ ‘Olufunmi’ and ‘Call My Name.’
