A new film is out to create awareness for ‘Hepatitis B.’
Titled ‘Deeply Cut’, it tells the story of Bili and how her greed led her to desperate measures to make extra money, leaving in her trail a lot of possibly infected casualties, including her bosses.
Directed by Grace Edwin-Okon with music from Glowreeyah Braimah, it stars Eniola Badmus, Kiki Omeili, Ashionye Raccah and Judith Audu.
Hepatitis B is a viral infection that attacks the liver and can cause both acute and chronic disease. According to the World Health Organisation, more than 686 000 people die every year from complications.
