American rapper Kanye West might not be smiling to the bank, but he is still splashing the cash on his wife, Kim Kardashian.
West made less than $12million in the last one year, according to Forbes, but he loves his wife so much he bought her a new $5million ring.

TMZ has learned Kim’s new Lorraine Schwartz rock is 20 carats — 6 carats bigger and cost 3 times more than her $1.3 million engagement ring.
Sources close to the jeweler tell us the emerald cut rock is a type IIa diamond, which means it’s pretty rare and close to flawless.
Seems it’s pretty rare for Kim to double up, but she was seen wearing both rocks at a Harper’s Bazaar party on Sept. 9.
