All Abians irrespective of their political inclination have been urged to respect the wishes of the Abia council of Traditional rulers by supporting and ensuring that the administration of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu succeeds.
The state’s Commissioner for Information, Boni Iwuoha while speaking on the significance of the title of “Onwa Abia” bestowed on Governor Ikpeazu by the entire Traditional rulers of the more than 700 autonomous communities in the state, said that the gesture signals total acceptance of the Governor by the Traditional rulers.
He appealed to all Abians especially the Politicians to toe the line of the Traditional fathers by dropping any personal or selfish agitation and join hands with the Governor in moving the state forward.
