Koffi Olomide performs with Fally Ipupa Weeks after being arrested

The 60-year-old singer was arrested in July 2016 at the Jomo Kenyatta Airport, Kenya, for assaulting one of his female dancers.

Weeks after legendary Congolese star, Koffi Olomide was deported from Kenya and arrested in his home town, the popular rumba star has made a big return to singing at a recent stage performance to celebrate Fally Ipupa‘s 10 years in music.

The concert held in Brazzaville, Congo over the weekend and is the first time he has performed following the scandal in Kenya, which saw him deported back to Congo amidst outcry from Kenyans.
His arrest was initiated following a viral video on social media, in which he was seen in a fit of anger, kicking a light skinned lady in the stomach.
