Jennifer Lopez, 47 and her longtime boyfriend Casper Smart, 29 have called it quits, PEOPLE reports.
“Jennifer and Casper have split,” a source told PEOPLE. “They have not been together for a few weeks.”
“It wasn’t anything dramatic and they were on good terms – it just came to a natural end,” the source added. “They will remain friends and they see each other, but they are not together. It was very amiable.”
The couple, who have mostly kept their romance out of the spotlight, first met in 2011, after J.Lo’s split from her husband, Marc Anthony. Casper was a dancer on her tour. They dated for two years before taking a brief break in 2014.
The backup dancer recently helped his superstar lady love celebrate her birthday in Las Vegas in July. He was also in the audience for her Caesar’s Palace show on August 13, so we are guessing something sudden must have made them split.
