Suspected Fulani herdsmen have razed down Kadomun, a community in Adamawa State, displacing no fewer than 5000 people, and destroying properties.
The attack happened just when a reconciliatory meeting brokered by security chiefs towards lasting peace between the herdsmen and local farmers was taking place.
By the time the Adamawa police commissioner and the other security chiefs got to the scene of the attack, the havoc had been wreaked.
