TVC E. More and more politicians are pitching their tents with the Senator Ali modu Sheriff faction of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ondo state to pick nomination forms for the party’s governorship primary election.
The latest politician is Niran Sule who was a former member of the All progressives Congress in the state.
This has brought to four, the number of aspirants that have purchased nomination forms under the Sheriff faction in the state.
Sule, a former commissioner in the cabinet of Governor Olusegun Mimiko was also an APC aspirant.
The factional Chairman of the PDP in the state, Biyi Poroye, said the Sheriff faction remains the recognised PDP in Nigeria.
