Rapper AKA is undisputedly one of the biggest entertainers in Africa, so you can imagine it will take a little more than some pocket change to have him perform at your event.
In fact, According to him it could cost you anything between R90,000 and R130,000.
The rapper made the figure he charges for events known during a heated Twitter argument over the weekend.
AKA was accused by some on Twitter of getting rich from campaigning for the ANC during the recent municipal electionsin South Africa. The One Time rapper responded to this by telling fans that the amount he made from the ANC wasn’t even enough to cover what he would charge for a 30-minute gig.
But AKA’s fee is not much different to the amount that his rival Cassper Nyovest is said to charge
