Nigerians are witnessing two scenes of a drama, says Cardinal Okogie

The Archbishop Emeritus of Lagos, Anthony Cardinal Okogie has lent his voice to the debate over restructuring the Nigerian federation.

The clergy says many of those calling for restructuring have not been able to exactly explain what they mean.
Cardinal Okogie says Nigerians are witnessing what he calls two scenes of a drama.

The first is the clamour and resistance to restructuring and the second,the drama of accusations and mutual accusations.

Okogie insists these scenes cannot be ignored, and that the calls for restructuring was one for far-reaching constitutional reforms.
