NFF technical committee will Friday announce a short list of candidates for the position.
But the Nigerian team may still have to wait a while to get a substantive coach if Akinwunmi’s comment is anything to go by.
Nigeria have a daunting task to qualify for 2018 World Cup after they were drawn with former African champions, Algeria, Cameroon and Zambia.
