The Executive Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation and the Technical Committee of the body met on Friday to decide on the new Super Eagles coach.
NFF president Pinnick Amaju says it is only after the meeting that the federation will have a clear picture as to who the next Super Eagles coach would be.
A member of the committee, Paul Bassey says a lot of work has been done while he believes a quick decision can be reached at the meeting on hiring a new coach for Nigeria National team.
It is still unclear whether the new coach will be local or foreign.
But the sports minister Solomon Dalung has queried the NFF on how it would raise money to pay a foreigner – as the federation is still owing former coaches.
