In a bid to have a functional society, educationists came out to lecture parents on the need to spend more time with children to help build a viable country.
During the one day seminar on parenthood other issues discussed are the needs of a functional child, infection controls in school aged children, environmental roles in personality development of a child, child safety laws, implication of child neglect and abuse and financial planning of a child’s future.
