2016 ESPY Awards releases full winners list

The 2016 ESPY Awards took place on July 13 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California – hosted by wrestler John Cena.

NBA champion Cleveland Cavaliers picked up major awards during the night. LeBron James was named the best male athlete, best NBA player and was also awarded the ESPY for best championship performance for leading the Cavaliers to lift their first title.

Seattle Storm Power forward, Breanna Stewart was awarded best female athlete while Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo was named best international athlete ahead of tennis star Novak Djokovic and Barcelona’s Luis Suarez.
