TVC E. Black Coffee emerged as the winner at the 2016 BET Awards currently taking place in Los Angeles, becoming the first South African to win an award in that category.
Wizkid, Yemi Alade, AKA, Cassper Nyovest, Diamond Platnumz, MzVee, and Serge Beynaud, all nominated for the Best International Act – Africa Award, have lost to south African star, Black Coffee.
Looking dapper in a green suit, Black Coffee thanked his fans for their support in helping him bag the award.
The producer and DJ joins our very own Falz the Bahdguy as a winner at the BET Awards after he bagged the Viewer’s Choice Best International Act Award.
Fans have taken to social media to celebrate him over his win.
