TVC E. Rita Sahatçiu Ora, the British singer and actress has had £200,000 worth of jewellery and designer clothes stolen during a raid at her home.
Reports have it that a £2,000 Louis Vuitton doggy bag was also carted from her house in Kensal Rise, north London.
A court has heard that the 25-year-old pop star had dozens of pairs of designer shoes, a pair of diamond earrings and several expensive items including laptops and iPhones, taken during the break-in.
She also lost a pair of Tiffany earrings, a Henry Holland jacket and handbag worth £2,700 which she was given during “50 Shades of Grey”.
Charaf Elmoudden, is alleged to be one of two men who stole the items after breaking into the star’s home.
The court was told how the burglar was picking up items of a dressing room table in Ora’s sister’s room when she was woken up.
Elmoudden, of Muswell Hill, north London, however denied the accusation and the trial continues
Rita’s debut studio album, Ora, released in 2012, debuted at number one in the United Kingdom. The album contained the UK number-one singles, “R.I.P.” and “How We Do (Party)”. After reaching the peak position as a featured act on DJ Fresh’s “Hot Right Now”, Ora became the artist with the most number-one singles on the UK Singles Chart in 2012, with three consecutive singles reaching the top position.
