Federal lawmakers are working on a new law that will ensure that their constituency projects are fully executed by the executive.
The speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, said this at a meeting of the National Assembly with the speakers of the thirty six state houses of assembly.
The lawmakers say the executive should be blamed for the non-completion of most constituency projects.
