TVC E. Ekiti State Governor has dragged the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission before the Federal High Court sitting in Ado Ekiti challenging the freezing of his bank accounts by the commission.
Ayo Fayose who is praying the court among others to order the EFCC vacate its restriction on his two personal accounts with the Zenith bank also joined the bank in the suit.
EFCC and Zenith bank were not represented in court when the case opened today.
Justice Taiwo Taiwo has adjourned the case till Monday July 4.
