TVC E. Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Claudia Jordan, has confirmed the relationship between Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes.
The low-key couple has reportedly been dating for years, though Foxx denied it in 2013, claiming the rumors were “one hundred percent not true” but “good friend” Claudia Jordan confirmed that the romance is very much on.
“He is very happy with her, so I like that he seems very happy,” the former Real Housewives said.
The confirmation comes after Holmes sparked engagement rumors in January when she was spotted wearing a ring on that finger, recirculating speculation that she’s been seeing Foxx after her split from Tom Cruise.
In 2015, Foxx again denied he was dating Holmes after a photo of the two holding hands in a recording studio hit the tabloids. The Oscar winner told ET at the time, “It’s amazing what people will do to sell you out.”
Still, he remained adamant that they were just friends.
“What I’ve learned about society today is that they’re so thirsty. Especially in tabloid world and social media world, they’re so thirsty to find any story,” Foxx said in a sit-down interview. “Sometimes when you read the stuff you’re like, ‘Wow! That’s so not true!’
Foxx is a Grammy Award-winning musician, producing four albums which have charted highly on the US Billboard 200 while Katie has appeared in 1998’s Disturbing Behavior, a thriller, which won her an MTV Movie Award for Best Breakthrough Performance. In 2000 Katie also featured in Wonder Boys which got positive attention from many leading critics.
