TVC E. Abraham Nii Attah , the Ghanaian teen actor who played the child soldier Abu, is the latest addition to join the cast of the Jon Watts directed film.
Attah made his acting debut in the Cary Fukunaga film as Agu, a young boy from an unnamed African country who saw his family slaughtered amid a sudden outbreak of violence, and finds himself orphaned.
Attah will join a cast that consists of of Tom Holland, Robert Downey Jr., Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Michael Barbieri, Kenneth Choi, Tony Revolori, Marisa Tomei, Donald Glover, Martin Starr, Logan Marshall-Green, Haniball Buress, Isabella Amara, Jorge Lendebork Jr., JJ Totah & Selenis Levya.
In November 2015, he joined the ensemble cast of Shane Carruth’s third film, The Modern Ocean.
Attah was also a presenter at the 2016 Academy Awards alongside “Room’s” actor, Jacob Tremblay.
Spider-Man film debuts in theaters in IMAX and 3D on July 28, 2017. Sony Pictures will finance and release the next installment of the $4 billion Spider-Man franchise on July 28, 2017.
“Spider-Man” is currently the most successful franchise in the history of Sony Pictures.
