The new militant group operating in the Delta region, the Niger Delta Avengers has struck again.
The group announced it has blown up Nembe 1, 2 and 3 gas and crude trunklines that link Brass and Bonny.
The pipelines belong to oil multinationals, Agip and Aiteo.
The attacks are coming only two days after it blew another trunkline in Delta State.
The Avengers has launched no fewer than five such attacks on oil and gas infrastructure since February, demanding a sovereign nation of the Niger Delta.
