The Independent National Electoral Commission in Kano State has suspended the state’s House of Assembly By-Election.
INEC’s Resident Commissioner, Abdullahi Kaugama made the announcement during a joint press briefing in Kano.
He says the postponement of the Kano State House of Assembly by-election for Minjibir Local Government, is as a result of the tense atmosphere resulting from the violence that rocked the whole process.
