It seems like popular South African rapper, AKA and TV personality Bonang Matheba are slowly becoming more open about their reported romance.
For months, there has been speculation surrounding the nature of their relationship after AKA’s former flame‚ DJ Zinhle wrote in a blog post that the musician had been cheating on her with Bonang.
Although they both initially denied the allegation‚ they have since been spotted together at various events.
Recently, AKA was on the Morning Rush show on the Beat 99 FM with the OAPs Maria Okanrende and Olisa Adibua and he seemingly acknowledged the relationship. While he tried to evade making a clear affirmation, he was cajoled to answer after Maria asked a direct question:
‘Is she now your girlfriend?’
He responded coyly, saying, ‘You know it’s already been on the internet, it’s been on Twitter, so men if that’s what you guys wanna call her, then that’s cool!’
He further said, ‘But you’ll never get anything out of me on this subject, I don’t know why you guys keep talking about it.’
Of recent, the couple went on a boat cruise with AKA posting a clip on Instagram. You gonna call that a mistake? Guess not!
