The 2015/2016 season of the Nigerian National League, NNL, begins this weekend, but without FC Taraba of Jalingo.
The NNL has suspended all matches involving the club following their inability to pay the wages of their players for last season.
The League Congress had ruled not to allow the Jalingo side to play any game until they have complied with the directive to settle the outstanding wages owed players.
This puts on hold the match between Taraba and Supreme Court of Abuja billed for Sunday.
