100-yr-old grandma breaks world record for 100 meter dash

A 100 year old woman simply identified as Ida has won the 100-yard dash for her age group of 80 years and older.

The record breaker covered the distance in 1:17:33 at the Penn Relays in Philadelphia on Saturday, April 30, 2016, which is unarguably no easy feat for a 100-yr-old.

Speaking with CBS Philadelphia, Ida said:

“It was wonderful. It’s the best exercise I know.”

    Every thing is healthy to eat,because in the time of hunger what ever you get you will eat it, your life will be saved, don’t eat a lot each time you eat.
