TVC E. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has arraigned a banker for fraudulent loan disbursement. A state released on their official facebook page reads,
“The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 arraigned one Arinze Jim Ezetulugo before Justice Dugbo Oghoghore of the Federal High Court Enugu State on a four count charge bordering on conspiracy and granting loan with defective security contrary to Section 17 (4)(a) of the Failed Banks (Recovery of Debts) and Financial Malpractices in Banks Act, Chapter F2 Volume 6, Laws of the federation of Nigeria 2004.”
