TVC E. Veteran actor, producer and former banker, Joseph Abiodun Babatunde Adu popularly known as Jab Adu, has passed on at the age of 83.
He is reported to have died on yesterday Sunday, February 28, 2016 in Abeokuta and a member of his family confirmed his death.
Jab Adu was a devotee of Grail Message Movement.
Jab is widely remembered for his portrayal of Bassey Okon in the classic TV drama, The Village Headmaster.
He also produced Adio’s Family and Bisi, Daughter of the River.
When all is said and done, Jab Adu is the pioneer of the Nollywood. May his soul rest in peace
