TVC E, SPORTS – The Lagos State Government has announced it will host a befitting testimonial for former Super Eagles Captain, Joseph Yobo.
The government hopes to invite players like Samuel Eto’o, Didier Drogba and some other global names to attend.
The 35-year-old had played in Belgium, France, England and Turkey.
Yobo led the Eagles to victory at the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations before calling time on his international career after Nigeria’s second round elimination by France at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
No date has been fixed yet for the testimonial.
