The royal fathers said the publication that the State Governor lobbied them to issue a communique to condemn the former State Secretary of the People’s Democratic Party, Dr Tope Aluko was false.

It would be recalled that Dr Tope Aluko is the whistle blower who alleged that the 2014 Governorship Election in the state was massively rigged.

The council described the said publication as libelous and asked for a published apology.
