TVC E, NEWS – The FCT high court has dismissed the application filed by Sambo Dasuki to quash the charges against him.
The trial judge, Yusuf baba Hussain, held that the EFCC is not in contempt of the court since he’s now in custody of the DSS.
The judge held that the application lacked merit and was subsequently struck out
