Peter needs prayers – Jude Okoye fires back

TVC E, MUSIC – Nigerian Tweeters woke up this morning to an epic rant from Peter of PSquare against his brother and manager Jude Okoye.

Peter in a series of tweets berated Jude’s managerial skills and stated that he wants him sacked.

Jude has now responded to the allegations, claiming Peter has been going through a lot lately and that he needs prayers.

Jude Okoye has been working with PSquare, which comprises of Peter and Paul Okoye since they released their first album ‘Last Nite‘ under Timbuk2 Music label back in 2003.

But it seems the bad blood from the crisis which nearly tore the trio apart in 2014 has not been totally dealt with, if this latest development is anything to go by.

Peter had accused Jude of disrespecting his wife and vowed never to forgive him during the disagreement two years ago.

Recall in November 2013, when Peter and Lola Omotayo tied the nuptial knot, Jude did not attend the wedding ceremony.

So when Jude held his traditional wedding with Ify Umeokeke in 2014, Peter also pulled a no-show.

There were media reports that Jude and other family members did not support Peter’s union with Lola Omotayo. It was also reported that their late mother never supported the relationship.
