Super 4 : Akwa, Nasarawa United win 2nd games

aKWA-UNITEDTVC E, SPORTS – Action continued on Friday in the NPFL Super Four competition at the Ahmadu Bello stadium in Kaduna.

Federation cup holders Akwa United bounced back from their opening day loss to beat league champions Enyimba 1-nil.

Harrison Ibukun scored the lone goal in the 17th minute of the first half to give his side the slim win.

The other match saw Nasarawa United pip Warri Wolves 1-nil.

The result takes Nasarawa to the summit of the Super Four log with four points, having drawn their first game against Enyimba.
