Minister of Sports expresses disappointment over Lagos Sea School

lagos sea school Solomon Dalung, Minister of Sports , had an inspection tour of the Citizenship & Leadership Training Centre, Sea School Apapa Lagos, this morning and later expressed deep disappointment at the state of the facilities he met there. He saw completely dilapidated infrastructures with , no portable water, broken sewage, no power supply, refuse heaps and an unkempt environment.
