A man parading himself as an official of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has been arrested at Famgbe, Yenagoa the Bayelsa state capital.
The fake INEC official was hired to rig election in the area, a report said.
He reportedly made confessional statement indicting some government officials.
