TVC E : Abducted Governorship Aspirant of the All Progressives Congress ( APC ) in Ondo State, Victor Olabimtan has regained his freedom.
Olabimtan, former speaker of the state house of assembly was kidnapped on Saturday while travelling to Abuja .
His abductors had placed N20million on him before it was reduced to N5million .
