The national leadership of the All Progressives Congress has moved to resolve the crisis rocking its KAduna State chapter.
The state governor, Nasir El Rufai and senator representing Kaduna Central district, Shehu Sani have been in a war of words.
But national officials say the face-off is unhealthy for the party and have called for a truce.
The Tudun Wada ward of the APC in the State suspended Sani from the APC in December.
Ward executive committee of the party, said it took the action because the senator had made statements that allegedly violate the rules of engagement of the party, factionalised the party, and allegedly engaged in anti party activities by criticizing the policies of Governor El Rufai.
