TVC E, POLITICS – Minister of information and culture, Lai Mohammed says the Federal Government will not instigate anti corruption bodies to probe former President Goodluck Jonathan but can probe him if they have incriminating evidence against him.
He said corruption had been entrenched in the Nigeria system but that the anti-corruption stance of President Muhammadu Buhari is already yielding results with various discoveries of mindboggling corruption.
The Minister warned those trying to frustrate the government’s anti-corruption drive to desist, saying government will stop at nothing to ensure that corruption is brought to a halt.
He advocated the formation of what he called “Citizen’s Coalition Against Corruption” by speaking up against corruption and refusing to glorify or support looters.
