Ingredients:
- Baking powder
- Flour
- Milk
- Sugar
- Mince beef
- Eggs
- Onion and garlic flavour
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Cheddar cheese
- Bread crumbs
Directions: To make the burger patty
- Put ground beef/mince beef in a bowl
- Break an egg in it to give it a good consistency
- Add bread crump
- Add black pepper, onion and garlic powder and a bit of salt.
- Mix it thoroughly
- Cut in a sizable amount and fry it with very little hot oil.
- In the process of frying, place the cheddar cheese on the patty to melt on it.
To make the pancake batter
- In a bowl, put flour, baking powder, salt, little sugar, and break an egg into it.
- Mix well,adding milk bit by bit till it’s thick enough.
Chef Miyonse instructed that the batter has to thick not watery. - Serve as preferred.
